Stops Spyware Where Others Fail
As opposed to traditional viruses, Spyware is an application-level threat and must be handled at this level. Packet inspection products, such as firewall, IDS and IPS, operate at the network level and provide limited protection against complex Spyware attacks and vulnerability exploits. Reactive, signature-based solutions, such as Anti-Virus, are ineffective against new, unknown Spyware and cannot identify targeted or personalized attacks.
